A mixed level class fusing Hip Hop, Funk, and Jazz. This pulse-racing class is all about building your own dance style using two of dance's favorite styles, Jazz and Hip Hop. Students will learn strong technique masked in the fun and funk of hip-hop and jazz. After a strong warm up and conditioning, the class will do across the floor work followed by a high-energy yet accessible combination that will give you a workout and have you workin' it. |

World Fusion/Modern

Cera's approach to Modern comes from Graham, Ailey, and Dunham techniques. Focus is on alignment, technique, musical interpretation, and performance. Combinations, floor barre, and across the floor exercises draw on movements from Cera's diverse dance training, including Kathak, Persian, Middle Eastern, Flamenco, and Afro-Caribbean movements.

For the past 8 years, Nick has been teaching Salsa and in particular, Cuban style Salsa, bringing to it his existing concepts of connection, balance, and fluidity. Nick combines decades of Cuban tradition with modern movement concepts of space, timing, and flow. Presently, he teaches club-style Salsa, Rueda de Casino, cha cha cha, son, and several martial arts. Nick has trained and taught all over the U.S., including extended periods in Miami, New York, and Texas. He has also taught in Hawaii, and all over California. He has taught at numerous Salsa Congresses, Festivals and Cruises and is the co-star of "The Quick And Dirty Guide To Salsa vol. 4". |

Beginning Bellydance

In this class we will build the foundation for solid dance technique that will last a lifetime. Using Pilates, Yoga, and a thorough understanding of anatomy, our warm up and drills will help us build strength, alignment, and posture that will serve us in our dance and daily lives.
This class is broken into layers of skeletal and muscular movements, learning first about moving the skeleton in space, and then about how to layer muscular isolations on top of that. This builds the foundation for layering and complicated traveling movements that can seem very difficult - but with a thorough understanding of your own body, become a snap!
This formula is designed to produce freedom and ease of movement for all dancers, and to increase your learning curve by leaps and bounds - AND it's fun =)

American Cabaret Bellydance

This Multi-Level class entails explanation and training in essential Belly Dance movements such as; principal steps, isolations, accents, shimmies, variations, combinations, and transitions. Classes also incorporate strengthening and conditioning stretches and exercises, short dances, and musical recognition. Not your standard form of American Cabaret, Nanna constructs her method based on a classic, down-to-earth, and distinctive style all her own. |

Dark Fusion Bellydance

Ariellah's belly dance classes are tribal fusion and dark fusion oriented
and revolve around yoga, muscle strengthening, and drills. She pays close attention to technique, posture and creating an environment where the student gains full knowledge of the movements and works toward strong and precise arm, chest and hip work. In her class students also learn a choreography over a 6 week period. |
